Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

At FEENA, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy is in addition to the rights and legal warranties provided by applicable laws in Quebec.

Return requests

For an eligible product, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@feena.ca. Please include your order number and the product concerned. We will provide return instructions before you send anything back.

Cosmetic products

For hygiene and safety reasons, a cosmetic product that has been opened, used, or had its safety seal removed generally cannot be returned for a simple change of mind. For a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging, subject to rights provided by law.

Damaged or defective product or order error

If you receive a damaged or defective product, or a product different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at info@feena.ca with your order number and a description of the issue. A photo may be requested to help us process your request. We will offer an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable legal warranties.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. The time required for the refund to appear in your account then depends on your financial institution or payment provider.

Return shipping costs

For an accepted return due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are normally the customer's responsibility. If the return results from a FEENA error or a defective or damaged product, we will provide the appropriate instructions.

Order cancellation or modification

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@feena.ca. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will try to make the requested change, but cannot guarantee it. Rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

Legal warranties

Products sold to consumers are covered by applicable legal warranties. This policy does not limit or replace those warranties.
